To say it succinctly, the entire concept of happiness is not real, it is only a pause in suffering, a temporary relief.

Why is it a temporary relief?

After sitting for long period, you change your posture a little bit to relieve the discomfort. That is a temporary relief.

When you are hungry, you get something into your tummy. That is a temporary relief.

When suffering is paused we feel happy,
