Gullibility, laziness in analytical thinking and fanaticism are the causes of many false religious beliefs, and many deranged, evil and cruel political systems. It is the people with little thinking who prepare pathways for the violent warlords and dictators to gain power and to create more misery. I often have suspicion of how much gullibility of the illiterate betel-chewing old Vietnamese women had helped creating the many troubles in the history of their country.
